Hi, does anyone has a modified protocol for isolation of T lymphocytes from rat (not human)blood using fycoll gradient? Thanks.

hi marina,

i think you have to use lympholyte-mammal (cedarlanelabs.com) to isolate lymphocytes from rat blood but have a look at cedarlanes homepage. if you want to isolate subpopulations from the blood i think magnetic beads from miltenyi is exactly what you need.
