Labeling problems - CFSE labeling (Feb/05/2006 )

Hello there,
I'm doing some in vivo tracking experiments using lymphocytes and labeling them with CFSE. The problem is these tracking are done in Nude/SCID mice in the spleen and even if I get CD 3 signal there is absolutely no CFSE signal which is hard to believe. Can anybody help me?

have you check the quality of your CFSE-staining before injection?
did you label all lymphocytes of only CD3?
