sds page of protein in tfa & acotonitrile - (Feb/01/2006 )
hi guys,
i'd run an reverse phase column chromatogaphy and the sample is in a mixture of trifluoroacetate and acetonitrile..when i'm adding sample buffer to the sample the color of the sample remains brown instead of blue on running the gel i get no bands ....

add 1 micoliter of 1M Tris buffer that you did not bring to PH
