Multiplex Primers - Primer primer interaction (Feb/01/2006 )

hello,
i am currently working with multiplex pcr with around 10 sets of primers that is 20 different primers, before is start the project i would like to check the primer primer interactions among the primers.
i would like to know if there is any programmes that i can download and check all the primers at once........

There are lots of programs which allow you to check single primer pairs however "fastPCR" will allow you to check all primer pairs against each other simultaneously! see http://www.biocenter.helsinki.fi/bi/Programs/fastpcr.htm
it is free to download and the manual explains everything!

Alternatively you can check them singally using IDTs oligo analyzer http://www.idtdna.com/analyzer/Applications/OligoAnalyzer/ however this is very time consuming and I wouldnt recommend it!
