Blunt end cloning options - (Jan/31/2006 )

Does anyone know of a cheap (around $150) TA vector cloning system, or a way to create my own TA system?

Promega sells their pGEM-T kits for ~$110 for the 20-sample size. Note that this does not include the E. coli. Also, TA vectors don't work for blunt cloning unless you add A overhangs to your insert.
