streptavidin coating for ELISA - (Jan/30/2006 )

I have a biotin-tagged peptide I want to use as an antigen for selection experiements and ELISAs with scFv phage libraries. Can anyone suggest what concentration of streptavidin I should use to coat my plates.

hi

Try coating your plates with 5mg/ml streptavidin in autoclaved PBS. Use 50 ul/ well and let it incubate in a closed moistered environment at RT for 1 hr. ON at 4C is also ok.

Good luck with it!
