how to get the target DNA - (Mar/11/2002 )

  i have got the N-terminal sequence of protein(11 AA),  now i want to get the target cDNA, Who can tell me how to do it? thanks a lot!

u need to make degenrate pcr primers and fish out ur rna by RTPCR.
