SYBR Green PCR Master Mix storage - (Jan/26/2006 )
Hello everyone. I mistakenly put two new vials of SYBR Green in the -20 freezer instead of 4C. Did I kill it? It was brand new and never opened.

We store our SYBR green in the -20 so I sincerely doubt it, but I would call the manuf to make sure.

We routinely store SYBR dyes at -20C after making 25 uL aliquots (for faster thawing).
