I would like to know what are the main differences between a Coulter flow cytometer and a BD one in terms of hard and software. Which of the two is more user friendly, more reliable, etc. What do you think?.

I think that the BD one is more user friendly both in H/W and S/W.

we just got the BD flow and with the newer mac software it is wonderful. They are also developing an impressive 96 well adaptor for their flow which will significantly increase throughput
