My questions:

1. Which method can be used for getting high purity of mitochondria from cells beside the kit.
2. which marker can be choosed to check the purity of mitochondria.

1. Differential centrifugation (old school...)
2. DiOC6(3) at low contration or MitoTracker, by flow cytometry (quantitative)
