Buffer for amonium sulphate precipitation - (Jan/23/2006 )

Hi, I need to know what kind of buffer can I use to disolve my protein after precipitating it with amonium sulphate.

I need the buffer to be at pH 7.5. If you know what buffer or how to prepare it please, please, please tell me.

Thanx

Hi,

you can dissolve the precipitated protein in PBS and dialyse it against PBS
store in PBS at physiological pH (7.2-7.4) or lyoph before dissolution in appropriate buffer (culture medium, NaCl for injection, ...)
