Detecting DICER by Westen blotting - (Jan/16/2006 )

Has anyone here have any experience detecting DICER on a western? What antibody did you use? Did you see more than one band? In general what did the results look like.

I haven't done any work with DICER, but I'm fascinated with anything RNAi related.

I used to detect a flag-tagged DICER, which ran pretty large on a regular 12% gel. I only ever saw a single band though.
