I'me looking for an easy protocol for purification of alpha2-macroglobulin from human plasma.

see analytical biochem., vol. 99, pp. 415 (1979) for description on method of isolation and purification. it describes the use of an imidodiacetic acid column saturated with zn++to isolate A2macroglobulin.
