Lineaerization of pENTR/H1/TO? - (Jan/12/2006 )

Anyone know if it is possible to linearize and recircularize this plasmid for making a lab stock? I've searched all morning and can't find an enzyme that cuts it properly to make the right recessed ends for ligation of Invitrogen's custom shRNAs...

Amplify it already circular and then cuts it properly for adding your insert?...

for circularizing, you can add an insert with both poly C and poly A at ends. Ligate and then cut it.
in he insert, you may add the restriction sites you need.
