Dear Sir and Madame ,I'll going to work on my research using bovine oocyte to characterize glycoproptein of zonnae pellucidae, I need this glycoprotein as antigen to product anti-ZP. if you have information about of :isolation , characterization and purification etc., could you help me andplease send me. Yes the fragment is too big for seeing a good shift on the gels. I prefer the klenow (filling) labelling methods coz here the double stranded DNA molecules only get labeled. End labeling using the polynucleotide kinase can be problematic if the annealing reaction is not complete.Momin
