cloning vector - cloning vector (Dec/26/2005 )

ive to clone a gene in S. typhimurium which is 1.3kb. im restricting the fragment with bamH1 and Sal1 .wht will be the sitable vector for cloning n suitable vector for expression of the gene

Hi!! dear,
i have a better idea, instead of looking in for an appropriate vector for cloning and expression...a much better idea is to amplify it with appropriate flanking restriction enzymes and then cloning it into the most simple vector like pUC18 and express it in pET vectors..........
