Basic Question regarding ELISA - (Dec/24/2005 )

Can you help me with this basic question ?

Asumming I I do an ELISA test for the following known IgG concentrations:
0.1 , 1, 10, 100 (all microgram/ml).

I use an anti-IgG with an enzyme that can change the color of some substrate.

If everything works alright, should I expect my OD readings be linear to the IgG concentration ? (meaning, each OD reading 10 times higher than the one before), after I reduce the blank, that is.

is this a homework question?
