Eppendorf Hot Master MIx - (Dec/23/2005 )

I am new in this and I have a problem.
We have Eppendorf Hot Master MIx about 1 year. We store it at 4 C. But now it does not work.
Do you have experience with it? What are the optimal conditions for this Mix?


this is from eppendorf's website:

"Storage and stability

If HotMasterMix is used frequently, store it between 2°C and 8°C. For long term storage, keep HotMasterMix at –20°C.

so, I bet your enzymes have croaked. a year is pretty long-term when you are talking about enzyme storage.
