ELISA background - ELISA background (Dec/20/2005 )

Hi!
Yesterday I did ELISA and all the wells have given very high yellow color and when I repeated the experiment today the wells gave me very weak yellow color, please I need help it is really amazing

Thank you very much for your reply, yes I use the sample buffer, and both control positive and control negative are giving almost the same background
