SOS: real time PCR standard curve - (Dec/19/2005 )
hi, any help needed.
Recently I am starting to do the standard curve. but the results were so bad. I didnt use the SYBR supermix, I used regular supermix plus fluorensin and SYBR I. seems to me they are much variable.
Is there any good suggestion?

Addition of SYBR GREEN seperately always gives errorneous resuls..try with SYBR GREEN premade master mixes....that's best!! else use Taqman assays..
