Antisense Oligo nucleotide designing - (Nov/29/2005 )

I'm new to Antisense oligonucleotide designing, will appreciate if any input can be directed towards a internet/website that I can get help to know the basic principles and ways, dos donts to start designing the antisense oligos. Help is very Apprecaited. Thanx [quote]

I have never done siRNA, but I have been bombarded with literature from most of the vendors through which I order (all the standards, like Invitrogen, Qiagen, Novagen, etc) I suspect there is loads of stuff out there if you take a little time to wade through the websites. I would look for any site that sells siRNA products and that will be the best way to find links to their antisense oligo tutorials
