Amplify 4.5 kb pcr product without using special polymerase - (Nov/25/2005 )

Thanks all of you for your recommendations.
I got my fragment with ExTaq TM from TaKaRa, with high fidelity, for long pcr products, without kit, and in high concentration.
I recommend it for everybody who need high fidelity and long pcr products. sasen
