dna extraction from hair - (Oct/30/2001 )

I need a fast and simple method to extract genomic DNA from a couple of hairs, even one hair if possible, to carry out twice PCR. The reason is that a fast and sreening gene amplification is needed in clinical work. Sometime to eliminate a diagnosis need gene checking.
