I am a medical doctor of China ! I want do RNAi !
Who will tell me the method of doing RNAi for IL-6R

these are just guidelines
ckeck databases for a reference on IL6R siRNA known sequence
if not, you have to test sequences on your own
fr that you have to clone IL6 mRNA in an expression vector or to choose a cell line that express IL6R and test siRNA sequences (by transfection of dsRNA molecules or expression of them). Then check for protein knokdown, mRNA knockdown, and the specificity f the effect (mock siRNA and/or analysis of other proteins close to IL6R)
