designing the sequencing primer - (Nov/17/2005 )

hi ,

can anyone please help me with the designing the sequencing primer for pCAAGS

You need to look up the original paper on pCAAGS, Niwa et al. 1991 in Gene, which is unfortunately not online. I'd guess there are already primers specified, but if not, they can be easily designed if you know the sequence near the cloning site. There are often M13 forward and reverse primer sites in these older vectors.
