Inverse /ligation-mediated PCR - 5'-flanking region amplification (Jul/05/2002 )

Can anybody tell me sourses of reference about Inverse PCR or Ligation -mediated PCR method which can be used to amplify 5'-flanking region of a known genomic sequence?
