Help me - vero-MCF-7 Hela cells culture (Nov/16/2005 )

I wanna know how can i do tissues culture?????. i will use vero, MCF7, Hela cells in my research......and i don't have any ideal about the methdology of this culture cause iam not doing it before................can u help me

Have you done any cell culture before?
If not, I would recommend someone in the lab shows you because it is not easy to explain cell culture in a forum.

Anyway, don´t worry about MCF7 and HeLa cells. They are easy to grow and quite easy to handle.
