NATIVE gel band - sample running at the side... - My NATIVE gel run produced a band which has hollowed out central with visible st (Nov/15/2005 )

I ran my NATIVE gel but the Hydrophobic interaction chromatography sample band had the sample running at the side leaving a hollowed out centre...can anyone help me with this...thanks...
