DNA extraction from Mycobacterium tuberculosis - (Feb/21/2001 )

What is the best way of a DNA extraction from Mycobacterium tuberculosis ?> If you have an any experience let me know the method.

You must either spheroplast mycobacterial cells by adding 10 g Glycine per liter of culture at OD 3.0 and letting grow for another 24 hours or by using French Press at 14000 Psi.
