AFLP gel staining trouble - (Nov/09/2005 )

Hi,
I'm new in the forum, so maybe I'm not in the right place, but let me present you a trouble encountered in my lab.

We do AFLP and we reveal profil by acrylamid gels and silver staining protocol (Creste et al 2001).

We get good results for several weeks, and now we are in trouble : the bands pattern are not dark or grey but orange and clear.

What do u think about this, I chek water quality, and I have not better idea.

Can you help us ?
