Taq PCR and A-tailing - (Nov/08/2005 )

When doing PCR with Taq, some of the products will carry A-tails. I was curious if anyone knew what the percentage of the total PCR product contain the A-tails. I had a look at the fact sheet for the PROMEGA taq but this information was not given. Thanks.

Check this article, which gives addition rates for a variety of 5' sequences on the primers being used:
