designing QRT-PCR Primers - (Nov/07/2005 )

I usualy get different Tms from different programs, but now I design everything in primer3 for which I know - 4 degrees works well as a annealing temperature for start.

Have you tried the AlleleID software? Use a trial key if its one time use only.
