antibiotics for 3 vectors and sequencing - (Oct/28/2005 )

Does anyone know which antibiotics should be used to select the bacterial containing pCL-10A1, or pHit60, or pCG-VSVG? And what are the sequencing primers for pBabe vectors?

You can search on Internet for the maps of these vectors. I just searched pCL-10A1 for you and found that it's a product of Imgenex so you should be able to find related information from the manufacturer. pCL-10A1 contains an ampicillin resistant gene.

pBabe vector also contains an ampicillin resistant gene (I got this information also from Internet). This vector has not been completely sequenced but provided with the partial sequence, you should be able to design sequencing primers.
