Sigma nuclear protein extraction - (Aug/14/2001 )

Hi,

Sometime ago I asked if anyone had tried this kit. A positive comment was posted in response. I would be curious to know if this kit was tried with tissue and if so what modifications were needed. I called Sigma and the technical service rep. said that they have never tried to extract protein from tissues. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

Dear Laki,Were you successful in using the nuclear extraction kit from sigman on tissues? I would like to do the same. Grateful if you can advise.Hong
