Two same oris (origins of replications) in one plasmid - (Oct/25/2005 )

Hi!

Is it possible to make a cloning, so that one plasmid has two same oris? Is e.coli able to replicate such a plasmid?

My plasmid is pGL3-Control+pIRES2-EGFP.
