Northern blot - Need help for Northern blot (Oct/24/2005 )

I am getting problem in Northern blot. I am not getting signel properly.
Can anyone suggest how to get proper signel in Northern blot

i got propper signal by switching SSP/denhardt's solution to
SDS 7%/EDTA 10mM/phosphate buffer 500mM pH 7.2 for hybridation
SDS 1%/EDTA/phosphate buffer 40mM pH 7.2 for washing
