Can't get PVP into solution - (Oct/24/2005 )
Help please.
I am doing southern blotting and trying to make hyb. solution. I can't get PVP( polyvinylpyrrolidone from sigma P-6755) into water. Is PVP supposed to disolve well in water? I tried to heat the solution and didn't work.
