TOPO cloning reaction transformation after 2 days - (Oct/23/2005 )

Hi,

I have plated my transformed TOPO cloning reaction on the wrong agar plates (silly me ). Does anyone have experience with reusing of a TOPO reaction mix after two days in the fridge (4°C)? I still have a few microliters left of the 6ul reaction.
Will I get (insert containing) colonies or should I prepare a new mix?

I would transform away -- I'd bet you'll be fine.
