Immunisation by dried spinal or brain extract - (Oct/13/2005 )
Hello
As we know when extract from brain or spinal of diseased animal is injected to another animal it creates immunity in the second animal. Why Brain or spinal part was always used? As Pasture or other scientist did in the past.

Louis did it because the rabid virus was associated to spine and so he took the extract from spine and induced it in dog's brain.It is obvious that if you induce any microbe with reduced activity than it will act as vaccine. and that led to immunization.
