lipopolysaccharides (LPS) quantitation - (Oct/13/2005 )

Hi everyone,
I need a simple and fast method to quantify a phenol-extracted LPS. I can't perform the KDO assay, however also a relative measurement is sufficient for me.

Could someone help me?

I use an LAL assay from some company called Charles River

very easy, takes only about an hour or so, and easy to interpret the results
