Mass Spectrometry - (Oct/10/2005 )

Hello,

I have a protein in a SDS-PAGE gel dyed with Silver ( compatible to mass spec) that I would need to have identified as soon as possible.
Does anyone know a good laboratorie that performs protein identification as a service in Europe? (The contact we have is in USA and it will take too long for them to identify our protein)

Your best bet is often a University. They perform such tasks for a fraction of what companies are charging these days, and often do just as good of work.
