pSuper shRNA - Transfection - Transfection - Ragent (Oct/06/2005 )

Hello Everybody!


Did anybody try to tranfect cell lines (with me: Hela and MCF - 7) with a pSuper shRNA - Vector by using Transpass D1 / D2 (NEB) ?

Never try Transpass D1 / D2 on my Hela and MCF-7 cells, but we used Gencarrier-1 on these lines for routine DNA as well as shRNA transfection. It works excellently in our hands.
