Hi everyone,

I'm new to this field of research and I'm finding antibodies with properties as below:

Antibody against: CD4 / CD20 / CD15

Target species specificity: Mouse

Host/Raise in: Preferable rabbit, mouse has to be avoided

Application: Immunohistochemistry - parrafin embbeded block (formalin / formaldehyde treated)

Thanks for any help on this. I got no idea on how to find it. smile.gif

I recommend you to use the validated antibody database of Labome (http://www.labome.com/), where you can find species- and application-specific antibodies that have been cited in scientific articles.

Applying the filters you want (target species "mouse", host species "rabbit" and application "IHC-P"), the most cited antibodies are:

  - CD4 (H-370) from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, used in 6 publications.

  - CD20 (PA5-16701) from Invitrogen, used in 35 publications.

  - CD15 (bs-1702R) from Bioss, used in 2 publications.

Hope this helps.
