cloning pEGFP-N1 - (Jan/21/2014 )

Hi, Im new to molecular cloning and I have been told that I need to clone a synthetic gene into pEGFP-N1 vector and also clone the synthetic gene into pDsRed-Monomer-N1 vector. I cant seem to find any protocols of how to do this. Any advice would be much appreicated.
