Micropipetting technique - How to make pipetting with greater accuracy ? (May/17/2011 )

How can we get the at most accuracy while using pipetting ??? Though I use pipettes since many years but i always find some inaccuracies despite of calibration.

read and follow the literature that came with the pipet and practice, practice, practice.

using a balance to control pipetting was suggested several times before
