Those ones could be fungal hyphae, but they could also be crystals forming on the outside of the flask. Try wiping the outside flask down with 70% ethanol and see what happens.

this isn't the flask.these photos were taken when i was staining cells on hemocytometer. i was thinking of fungal hyphae too but there's nothing like fungal contamination in flask and the flask containing cells are perfect. these particles just appear during staining with trypan blue. and as i know trypan blue stains fungal hyphae but i don't know whether the stain can be contaminated itself or not?
