How to isolate serum from blood for RNA extraction - (Jan/21/2011 )
Hello everyone,
I'm a freshman in lab. I want to collect blood from mice and then get serum from blood. Further, I want to extract RNA from the serum.
I want to know the protocol of isolating serum from blood.
