cloning of a 20 kb insert - (Sep/08/2010 )

Hello Everyone
I want to clone a 20 kb upstream region of a gene into a vector.
I have never cloned such a long fragment before.
Can anyone suggest some vectors which can hold very long inserts.

pFOS1 or pBelobac11, both based on the low copy F plasmid origin, will easily hold 20 Kb inserts.
