LB and SB electrophoresis media - (Jan/25/2010 )

Hi,

I read that lithium boric acid (LB) and sodium boric acid (SB) can be used to run gels much faster than conventional TAE/TBE buffers. Does anyone have the recipes for making up these solutions?
