I'm trying to write a short review in biology.
I would like to know if there are some amiable volunteers, preferably native speakers from USA, UK, Canada, Australia.., that would help by reading my review and give me their constructive and valuable remarks or eventual corrections.
Unfortunately, I can't afford commercial proofreading services, so I would highly appreciate your aid and advises.

Did you know some journals do this for free?

Hi Curtis,

I don't know, maybe some open-access journals, because they already charge the authors?
Do you have some examples?
My review is short, less than 4 pages, and I don't ask for a thorough report. Only a quick read and remarks of first impression would suffice.
So, I would be grateful to any person who can read and feedback me with his/her remarks. Just to tell me how he/she finds it.
